Administers the recording of activities, logging of results and documents technical activity undertaken.</p><p>− May carry out early life support activities such as providing support advice to initial users.</p><p></p><p><b>Change management</b></p><p>− Assesses, analyses, develops, documents and implements changes based on requests for change.</p><p></p><p><b>Business risk</b></p><p>− Investigates and reports on hazards and potential risk events within a specific function or business area.</p><p></p><p><b>Financial management</b></p><p>− Monitors and maintains all required financial records for compliance and audit to all agreed requirements. <br />− Assists all other areas of IT with their financial tasks, especially in the areas of identification of process, service, project and component costs and the calculation and subsequent reduction of all IT service, project, component and process failures. <br />− Contributes to financial planning and budgeting.<br />− Collates required financial data and reports for analysis and to facilitate decision making.</p><p>− Works to ensure that all project related financial requirements are understood and achieved.</p><p></p><p><b>Relationship management </b></p><p>− Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan. <br />− Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.<br />− Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management. <br />− Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.</p><p></p><p><b>Other</b></p><p>− Carryout any other reasonable duties as requested.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Skills:</b></u></p><p>− Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills<br />− A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning<br />− Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail<br />− Must have the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment<br />− Demonstrable ability to apply critical thinking to problems and tasks<br />− Builds and maintains an in-depth knowledge of Project Management practices within the life sciences industry and how they affect customers adopting our products<br />− Ability to define and implement appropriate strategies<br />− Ability to identify and implement process improvements<br />− Proactively participates in skills improvement training and encourages their teams to participate<br />− Maintains an up-to-date awareness of trends, tools, technology, techniques and processes that affect technology within the Life sciences domain<br />− A self-starter and able to work under own initiative<br /> <br /><u><b>Knowledge and Experience: </b></u><br />− Experience using tools to communicate progress to Stakeholders<br />− Experience of working with cloud deployment of enterprise solutions to the life sciences<br />− Experience of working with cloud deployment of Regulatory enterprise solutions<br />− Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientated, Data Modelling, Process Modelling and/or other development methodologies<br />− Experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences and regulatory sectors, <br />− Solid Professional experience in the same or very similar role<br />− Proven working experience of project management methodologies (such as Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)</p><p><br /><u><b>Education:</b></u><br />− Bachelor&#39;s Degree in a technical discipline (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience<br />− English: Fluent</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><span>Come as you are.</span></b><br /><span>We&#39;re proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
