 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:

• The primary objective of this position is to lead the product transfer projects to achieve excellent quality, delivery and cost goals.

该职位的主要目的在与带领团队完成产品生产转移并实现既定的质量，可交付成果和成本;

• Continuously fully comply will all GMP standard requirements.

严格遵守药品生产质量管理规范的所有要求;

• Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition.

阻止产品在任何不合格条件下加工;

• Responsible for project planning, progress control.

负责项目计划以及过程控制。

• Work with the divisional R&D team, Advanced Operations team of other Stryker Sites, and local site team to lead or support on the execution of new product introduction project tasks to be delivered on time

与研发团队和其他史赛克工厂的先期运营团队以及当地团队合作,引导或支持新产品导入项目任务的执行并确保项目按时完成.

• Responsible for the Design Transfer execution, and document filing. Responsible for Design Transfer final approval.

负责设计转移批准程序的跟踪，和文件归档直至最终批准.

• Responsible for forming the project team, leading and motivating the cross functional project team members.

负责组建项目团队，领导并激励跨职能项目团队成员；

• Lead the project team to be trained and ensure the knowledge and technology is properly transferred.

保证团队成员在产品开发时相应的技术信息能够被及时培训到;

• Excellent communication with internal and external parties.

出色完成日常对内部和外部的沟通；

• Provide post project to production team after production launch.

针对已经完成转移的项目提供项目报告及后续支持.

• Develop and maintain project weekly plans for projects under his / her responsibility.

安排每周的项目计划并让成员清晰明白自身责任;

• Work together with direct manager for project charter development.

协助直线经理一起为项目章程的发展进行工作。

• Work with cross functional team on product cost estimate, Opex and Capex plan.

与团队一起评估新项目的成本, 开发费用以及资本支出计划。

• Assist direct manager to implement project management initiatives for standardize project management process.

协助直线经理积极开展制定项目管理流程;

• All other duties as assigned

完成上级安排的其它工作。

REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：

• Familiar with the project management tools.

熟悉项目管理工具

• Good communication in English.

良好的英语交流能力

• CNC machining knowledge, or other manufacturing knowledge.

数控设备的知识，或者其他制造知识

• Good command of MS Office software and MS Project software.

熟练掌握微软办公软件和微软项目软件

• Problem investigation and corrective action implementation capability.

问题调查和纠正措施的执行能力

• Data analysis skill.

数据分析能力

·       Strong team building skills. Ability to communicate and influence with other team members.

强大的团队建设能力。有与其他团队成员的交流能力和影响力。

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

经验要求：

·       5+ years project or program management experience. Have Stryker working experience preferred

5年以上的项目或项目集管理经验，有史赛克工作经验者优先。

• International product transfer project experience.

拥有海外生产转移项目经验;

• Experience in forming the cross functional project team, and leading of the team.

拥有组建跨职能团队和领导项目团队的经验;

• Experience in project planning and tracking.

拥有项目计划制定和项目跟踪的经验；

 

 

EDUCATION

教育背景：

• Bachelor degree or above is preferred.

学位学士及以上者优先
