Sales Representative

1. Exhaustively collect and organize the market situation of channels, users and competitors in the region, and formulate sales strategies and plans according to the market situation. 2. Develop new customers from channel partners and users, including but not limited to door-to-door visits, phone calls, emails, exhibitions and other means. 3. Follow up the sales leads provided by the company, provide timely feedback on the follow-up of the leads, and maximize the conversion of the leads into sales orders. 4. Maintain good relationship with existing customers and improve customer loyalty. 5. Provide pre-sales consultation and after-sales support to customers, solve customer problems and handle customer complaints. 6. Maintain sales records and customer database, record customer information and contact records, and update customer information in a timely manner. 7. Implement the sales policies formulated by the company and ensure that the company's sales policies are implemented in the region. 8. assist the marketing department of the marketing center to carry out marketing activities in the region to ensure the smooth and effective promotion of marketing activities. 9. follow up customer orders, coordinate internal resources such as purchasing, logistics and other departments to ensure timely delivery and meet customer needs. 10. Continuously learn and improve skills, product knowledge as well as sales and negotiation skills. 11. Achieve the sales target and complete the assigned sales tasks to reach the individual and team sales performance target. 12. Participate in the company's sales strategy, provide opinions and suggestions for the company's sales strategy direction.
