The Global Digital Hub growing business line within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Content Creation, and Creative Design.
Position Summary
As a Project Delivery Coordinator (Expert), you will support the growing medical copy and content team within Roche Services & Solution Centre in coordinating delivery of medical writing & digital content solutions for our business partners. You will be part of formulating and identifying current and future content needs and support different content coordination initiatives.
In addition, you will work with senior medical writers and stakeholders to ensure the effective deployment of resources and tools to support and ensure that writing activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the business needs.
The medical copy and content team within the Global Digital Hub operates under the Content Creation Chapter. This specialized team focuses on generating promotional and non-promotional content materials intended for various digital formats (emails, videos, banners, infographics, websites etc.). Their work plays a crucial role in supporting the communication strategies developed by Roche's global and local business teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, monitor timelines and project plans, ensure resources are allocated effectively, and communication flows seamlessly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams globally. You will be responsible for overseeing the project phases from initiation to closure.
Track and coordinate medical copy and content projects, monitoring deadlines and objectives while addressing challenges related to time constraints and resource allocation.
Support the team of medical writers, medical copy quality assurance specialists and content editors with project admin and communications, allowing them to focus on content development and delivery.
Demonstrate effective negotiation skills when engaging with business partners, leveraging strong interpersonal relationships. Act as a bridge between requestors and the core medical writing team, functioning as an integral part of the service team.
Oversee multiple projects of varying size and duration simultaneously. This involves maintaining strong stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and overall client satisfaction. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
Helping to track KPIs, compile data and analyse service performance metrics etc. Communicate status updates internally and support with building out operational tools. Provide support to the team by facilitating their access to necessary resources and information. Identify potential process improvements and enhancements within the field of responsibility.

As a Project Delivery Coordinator (Expert), you are a person who has experience in coordinating different size projects and has the ability to manage key global stakeholders. You are a proactive, innovative problem-solver with a focus on sustainable and scalable solutions. You love to stay abreast of the digital technology trends in an endlessly changing digital operations landscape.
Further requirements
Overall 6+ years of experience with 3+ years previous experience in digital marketing or project management. Professional level English oral and written communication skills.
Adept at collaboration and working with multiple stakeholders within a global, matrix environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software. Dynamic and flexible, with experience in working with different project management tools. Knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, or other similarly regulated industry is an advantage.
Agency or production service center background is an advantage (experience in medcomms or pharma considered a big plus).
Strong organizational and time management abilities. Analytical thinking and decision-making expertise. We can add here experience in any project management tools like Jira, Workfront, Trello will be a plus
