We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Language Specialist who combines strong project coordination and organizational capabilities with proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Japanese, in addition to English.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your language skills in a global professional environment while supporting international clinical research projects and collaborating with teams and stakeholders across different countries.
Language Requirement – A Key Part of This Role
We are specifically looking for candidates who are proficient in at least one of the following languages:
German | French | Spanish | Japanese
In addition, candidates should possess strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates with recognized language qualifications or B2-level proficiency or above (or equivalent) are preferred.
Your language capabilities will complement your project coordination responsibilities and help you communicate effectively while working within a diverse, global environment.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator – Language Specialist, you will provide administrative and technical support to global project teams, independently planning, organizing, and coordinating assigned responsibilities.
You will support initial study setup and ongoing study maintenance, maintain systems and database repositories, complete data entry, prepare reports, and collect data for analysis and review.
You will also contribute to audit readiness, risk management, process improvement initiatives, and effective communication across project teams. Depending on your experience and assignment, you may act as a key point of contact for the Project Lead (PL) or Clinical Team Manager (CTM) and provide coordination support to junior Project Support Coordinators.
