Project coordinator F/M

In the context of our development, we are looking for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will assist Project Managers to contribute to project deliveries, and will be in charge of site set-up, initiation & monitoring / Document creation & customization. Position attached to Project Management department, under the supervision of the China Project Coordinator Manager. Tracking and reporting study status to the project manager including site management activities, reads, and monitoring of reviewer's performances. Support Project Managers for monitoring team training, participation in project invoicing and project documentation management. Coordinate team effort to facilitate and meet timelines: Site management: analyze new spreadsheets, go for qualification, prepare escalation log and assist in resolving issues with the sites, Readers management: assist in reader’s management activities including resolving issues with readers, and assisting in monitoring of reviewer’s performances. Investigator site setup, initiation and follow-up, user training.
