If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><div><div>The <b>Program/Project Manager</b> will be based in <b>Shenzhen.</b><br /><br /><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></div></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><ul><li><p>The Program/Project Manager will be in charge of managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet the performance indicators (time, cost, delivery, quality, etc) of a specific organization for NPI (New Product Introduction), Production Sustaining, Production Transfer or Product Phase Out.</p></li><li><p>Define the scope, budget and schedule baselines for the Industrialization activities, based on customer/design project schedule.</p></li><li><p>Communicate design project requirements, scope, schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional industrialization teams</p></li><li><p>Work with the key internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, team and resolve issues in order to hold up the project scope, budget and schedule.</p></li><li><p>Track & manage project expenses against project budget.</p></li><li><p>Communicate project status, including financial status, to the project steering team on a regular basis, and resolve issues as needed.</p></li><li><p>Manage change control, developing new project baselines for approved changes, and communicating new baselines to the project team.</p></li><li><p>Hold up key stakeholders in technical discussions with involved teams, including R&D, and operations teams.</p></li><li><p>Guide the project in accordance with the Flex Product Life Cycle (FPLC) processes.</p></li><li><p>Participation in management gate reviews to represent industrialization status & risk assessment for the project.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Communication with internal & external cross functions teams(conference meeting/email/calling etc.)</p></li><li><p>Drive and follow up Product Build readiness</p></li><li><p>Hold up project meetings to review DFM, Quality, Inbound capability issues.</p></li><li><p>Quote Review support & Quote vs. Actual analysis</p></li><li><p>Production capacity & capability review to support customer delivery</p></li><li><p>PCN/ECN management</p></li><li><p>Product End of Life management if any</p></li><li><p>Other coordination activities</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><p>5-8 years+ Program/project Management Experience in product industrialization area, with people management experience would be preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong in interpersonal and communications skills and language expression capability</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English, possess listening, speaking, reading and writing capabilities</p></li><li><p>Ability of logical thinking/problem solving/data analysis</p></li><li><p>With high level executive reporting mindset and skills</p></li><li><p>Power product background is preferred</p></li><li><p>Accept business travel(both domestic and abroad)</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: </b></p><ul><li><p>Social Insurance</p></li><li><p>Housing fund</p></li><li><p>PTO</p></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Design, Process & Technology Engineering<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
