<p style="text-align:left"><b>Work Schedule</b></p>Standard Office Hours (40/wk)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Environmental Conditions</b></p>Office<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and support Site Projects Portfolio to ensure that site improvement projects are completed on time/budget and prioritized against the site business needs.</p><p>The role must provide guidance on Project Management policies and processes collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.</p><p>The Program Manager is responsible for managing the complete project life cycle, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time.</p><p>The activities of the PMO are centralized around resource and work planning &amp; control, budget management, change management.</p><p></p><p><b>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN ACTIVITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Lead the site Project Portfolio management process.</li><li>Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.</li><li>Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.</li><li>Creates and maintains process workflow documents to support business needs.</li><li>Acts as a single point of contact for project status. Maintains communication with stakeholders (internally, externally including customers).</li><li>Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.</li><li>Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.</li><li>Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Management.</li><li>Monitoring of relations between project areas and active improvement submission.</li><li>Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company&#39;s standards.</li><li>Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.</li><li>Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Ensure documentation accuracy about project&#39;s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project&#39;s scope, budget, and justification, using relevant software as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><ul><li>A Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Administration, Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Good Knowledge of lean principles to create smooth check and control processes.</li><li>A minimum of 6 years&#39; experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.</li><li>A minimum of 4 years in project management. Experience in Program Management will be considered a plus.</li><li>A minimum of one year&#39;s experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.</li><li>Proficiency in English.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Personality Traits:</b></p><ul><li>Strong leadership skills.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to details and technicalities.</li><li>Excellent organizational and technical skills.</li><li>Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.</li><li>Strong planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture.</li><li>Proactive with can-do-attitude.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
