If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b>Program Manager </b>located in Guadalajara, <b>North Campus.</b></p><p>Reporting to the <b>Process Engineering Manager </b>the<b> Program Manager </b>is responsible be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li>Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.</li><li>In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.</li><li>Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.</li><li>Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.</li><li>Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.</li><li>Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.</li><li>Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&amp;L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.</li><li>Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.</li><li>In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.</li><li>Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.</li><li>Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.</li><li>Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li>BA/BS or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Sr experience as a Program Manager or a similar position.</li><li>Fluent English (spoken and written).</li><li>Problem-solving and root cause analysis expertise.</li><li>A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.</li><li>Experience in process or quality engineering is acceptable if PM experience is met.</li><li>PM certification (preferred).</li><li>Strong negotiation skills.</li><li>Experience working with cross‑functional teams and Lean tools.</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 5%.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: </b></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Life &amp; Medical insurance</li><li>Christmas Bonus</li><li>Food Coupons</li><li>Saving Fund.</li><li>Life Insurance</li></ul><p></p><p>KJ12</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Operations<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
