In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.</li><li>In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.</li><li>Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.</li><li>Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.</li><li>Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.</li><li>Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.</li><li>Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.</li><li>Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.</li><li>In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.</li><li>Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.</li><li>Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.</li><li>Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in program administration/ management or related area. </li><li><span>Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.</span></li><li><span>Accountability for the program wellness.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business. </span></li><li><span>Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/ technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.</span></li><li><span>Understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.</span></li><li>Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses relationship skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:</b></p><ul><li><p>Life Insurance</p></li><li><p>Medical Benefits</p></li><li><p>Allowances and Bonuses</p></li><li><p>Paid Time-Off</p></li></ul><p></p><p>KJ19</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Operations<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
