The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations. </i></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><i>Act as the primary interface with customers, managing communication, solving issues, building long-term relationships, and leading escalations when needed.</i></li><li><i>Serve as the central point of contact across multiple internal stakeholders, including internal Program Managers, Global Account Managers (GAMs), Operations, Quality, Finance, and Global IT teams.</i></li><li><i>Lead small to medium-sized programs/projects using cross-functional teams (CFTs) from initiation through execution and closure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</i></li><li><i>Drive program planning activities, including timeline definition, deliverables, and risk mitigation.</i></li><li><i>Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on scope, cost, timing, and customer expectations.</i></li><li><i>Prepare and present program reviews, financial updates, and status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.</i></li><li><i>Own program financial management</i></li><li><i>Close monitoring of cost, margin, and P&L performance</i></li><li><i>Actively participate in and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li><i>BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience </i></li><li><i>Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFTs) in a manufacturing environment.</i></li><li><i>Strong financial acumen with a clear and practical understanding of all P&L components.</i></li><li><i>Proven client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</i></li><li><i>Solid background in manufacturing.</i></li><li><i>Advanced English level (written and spoken).</i></li><li><i>NPI experience is a strong plus, experience in project or product transfer highly valued.</i></li><li><i>Ability to balance technical understanding with strong financial and business focus </i></li><li><i>Core tools & knowledge</i></li><li><i>Forecasting and financial tracking tools.</i></li><li><i>Strong understanding of internal manufacturing and operational processes.</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Competitive Salary.</span></li><li><span>Life & Medical insurance.</span></li><li><span>Christmas Bonus.</span></li><li><span>Food Coupons.</span></li><li><span>Saving Fund.</span></li></ul><p></p><p>MG61</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Operations<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
