To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Program Administrator role involves assisting with the management of key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
What a typical day looks like:
• Administrative support and right hand to the Program Management Manager for multiple customers.
• Maintain records, logs, and information up to date.
• Analyze data to support critical decision making.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers.
• Lead and coordinate projects/activities with Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure the program progresses as planned and within the prescribed budget, including facilitating work/communication across different departments.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, customers, or others.
• May assist in the development and tracking of program metrics.
• Coordination and management of shipments.
• Purchase order and miscellaneous invoicing.
• Follow-up and support during NPI runs.
• Direct customer contact.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field completed.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• NPI experience is a plus.
• Order Management experience (Sales Order creation, shipments, etc.) is a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• ERP (Baan) experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics.
• Knowledge of SMT and Back-End processes.
