Production Support Bioinformatician

You will join our team of product experts providing front-line technical support for our clinical platforms to genetic testing professionals all over the world. This customer-facing position will let you leverage your degree in biology and/or bioinformatics to answer technical questions and solve issues encountered by our users. As your experience with the clinical platform increases, you will provide customer demos, assist in on-boarding new users, propose new features based on customer feedback, be in contact with development teams, write the user manual and expand our customer support knowledge base. We are at the cutting edge of a rapidly evolving field, and your work here will give you ample opportunity to learn and expand your skill set as we always strive to stay abreast of the latest developments. Whatever your level of experience, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of NGS analysis, variant calling and classification, with many opportunities to further your career within our growing company.
