<p style="text-align:inherit"> </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p>1) Finite-Capacity Scheduling & Campaign Planning</p><p>• Build, publish, and maintain a constrained, finite-capacity production schedule for multi-purpose chemical trains (included reactors, isolation equipment, driers, etc.).</p><p>• Analyze resource availability (equipment, personnel, materials) and adjust schedules to optimize utilization.</p><p>• Collaborate with project management teams, manufacturing, supply planning, procurement, and MRP planning to resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain smooth operations.</p><p>• Track progress against schedules, identify risks, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.</p><p>• Adjust schedules in response to changes in demand, priorities, or unforeseen delays while minimizing impact on overall timelines.</p><p></p><p>2) Demand & BOM & process order</p><p>• Verify demand/ BOM completeness, planned order conversion on time to make sure trigger raw material/package material demand timely, process order conversion on time to make sure production starts on time.</p><p>• Manage process order status until it’s closed in SAP.</p><p>• Integrate planning tool(OMP/SAP/Power BI/excel) to have systems data accordance with production plan.</p><p></p><p>3) Integrated Planning & Customer Commitments</p><p>• Translate S&OP/MPS into executable monthly/weekly/daily schedules for multi-client CDMO orders.</p><p>• Maintain a visible schedule adherence dashboard and proactively communicate risk, impact, and alternatives to internal stakeholders and program managers.</p><p>• Balance service and production utilization through different scenario (expedite, de-risk, campaign re-balancing) with documented decision rationales.</p><p></p><p>4) Continuous Improvement</p><p>• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and tools for efficiency and accuracy.</p><p>• Lead / participate other continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p>• Degree :Bachelor</p><p>• Field of Study: Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or related field.and at least 3 years of experience in industry.</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</p><p>• Proficiency in scheduling and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, OMP, IBP).</p><p>• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.</p><p>• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</p><p>• Proficient in English.</p><p>Preferred</p><p>• Experience with CDMO manufacturing.</p><p>• ASCM/APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP); Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>
