This role ensures accurate work order execution in BAAN, effective material flow to production lines, and compliance with production and inventory metrics.</i></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><i>Reviews and validates production plans released by the Planner and ensures proper Work Order creation and execution in BAAN.</i></li><li><i>Oversees material supply to production lines, ensuring timely fulfillment of Work Orders and Finish Goods completion.</i></li><li><i>Leads and supervises Inventory Control Coordinators (3, one per shift) and Material Handlers (4 per shift), ensuring alignment with production requirements.</i></li><li><i>Monitors floor inventory accuracy and maintains healthy inventory levels (AGIN ≤ 3 days; DOS ≤ 8 hours).</i></li><li><i>Validates 100% of items exceeding 70% floor inventory vs. total plant inventory to ensure control and accuracy.</i></li><li><i>Implements and optimizes material replenishment strategies (Kanban or alternative supply methods).</i></li><li><i>Coordinates closely with production, planning, and supply chain teams to prevent shortages, manage interruptions, and ensure production continuity.</i></li><li><i>Leads continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools to enhance material flow and line support in new or ongoing projects.</i></li><li><i>Drives problem-solving and negotiation efforts to resolve supply, scheduling, or material flow constraint.</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li><i>BA/BS degree</i></li><li><i>Intermediate English level</i></li><li><i>Experience in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (preferably molding).</i></li><li><i>Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control processes.</i></li><li><i>Experience with BAAN (SAP knowledge is a plus).</i></li><li><i>Experience working with product lifecycle systems and shop floor systems.</i></li><li><i>Advanced Excel skills.</i></li><li><i>Knowledge of Lean tools and material flow optimization methodologies (Kanban, replenishment systems).</i></li><li><i>Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Competitive Salary.</span></li><li><span>Life &amp; Medical insurance.</span></li><li><span>Christmas Bonus.</span></li><li><span>Food Coupons.</span></li><li><span>Saving Fund.</span></li></ul><p></p><p>MG61</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Global Procurement &amp; Supply Chain<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
