If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a </span><b><span>Production Planning Manager </span></b><span>located in </span><b><span>Guadalajara North, Campus.</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the </span><b><span>Director, Materials.</span></b> <span>This role will be responsible for coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li>Develop and manage production forecast based on master plan, timelines, material needs to define production requirements based on plant capacity, which are aligned with company goals.</li><li>Adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in demand, communicate updates to all relevant parties and ensure material supplies able to meet the changes</li><li>Produces revenue investigation and annual operating (AOP) plan and other forecast reports.</li><li>Conducts special studies, investigations relating to the introduction of new products or processes to affect cost reduction and gives improvements.</li><li>Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management</li><li>Liaise with operation team to resolve daily production line disruption and productivity issues.</li><li>In charge of the development and implementation of the company’s production control functions including Master Scheduling, Production Planning/Coordination, Shop Scheduling, and Dispatching.</li><li>Develop material planning models to ensure proper material planning and optimal inventory positions for customer programs.
