Typically works at a workbench or on a conveyer line. Common tasks include checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, sniping, tying, or trimming either manually or by machine. Performs basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning. May perform miscellaneous jobs such as moving assemblies/machines or cleaning floors. Typically has 0-2 years of experience and works under close supervision. Typical job titles include: General Labor, Machine Operator, Maker/Packer, Assembler and Line Operator.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>• Learn and become proficient in all aspects of manufacturing, including operating mixers, stripping products from forms, cleaning and oiling forms, applying Unidex bonding mixture and butyl seal, and placing concrete in forms.<br />• Cut and bend rebar and wire for reinforcement purposes.<br />• Perform minor repairs to forms and other related equipment in the manufacturing process as needed.<br />• Utilize various hand tools required for manufacturing tasks.<br />• Ensure that the casting forms have clean and straight edges to produce visually appealing products.<br />• Stock products from the previous day after applying a clear seal to the outside of the vaults.<br />• Retrieve aged products from stock and paint them for the next day&#39;s orders.</p><p></p><p>GED &amp; High School Diploma</p><p>• Possession of a valid driver&#39;s license with a clean driving record.</p><p>• Ability to pass a new hire drug test and undergo random drug screens.<br />• Capability to lift 75&#43; lbs.<br />• Proficiency in reading maps and understanding directions.<br />• Strong attention to detail.<br />• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br />• The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.<br />• Capability to lift 75&#43; lbs.<br />• Physical requirements include lifting, standing, bending, stooping, twisting, turning, kneeling, and squatting for short periods.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, <span>candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes</span> as permitted or required by applicable law</span>.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
