Description
Responsible for the Production and Lean Manufacturing Technology roll-out plans, Production problem resolution, Lean Engineering Project deployment. Develop mid- and long-term plans for Engineering and Production Project Planning/Execution network ensuring technical leadership. Direct ongoing Lean Manufacturing and Production Structure planning, ensuring operational capabilities. Develop Supply Chain and Warehouse strategy and execution guidelines.
Requirements
Proven experience as Head of Lean Manufacturing or Production Manager for more than 5 years in high tech devices sector, especially 3 years in medical sector. Educated to graduate level in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in Continuous Improvement and Process Quality improvement such as Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma. Excellent understanding of business functions such as Clinical Operations. Advanced knowledge of English and proficiency in technical data analysis, business processes and MS Office.
