multi-level assembly, electronic card/system testing and quality assurance to attain production goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirement.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like: </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Guides department activities to hold up design of new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and helps on test procedures.</span></li><li><span>Explores technology trends and market demand to plan projects.</span></li><li><span>Contributes with management, production, and marketing staff to resolve manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.</span></li><li><span>Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.</span></li><li><span>Partners with team and management in the development of the strategic plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the function.</span></li><li><span>Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.</span></li><li><span>Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.</span></li><li><span>Coordinates production activities with other functional groups such as planning and distribution.</span></li><li><span>Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.</span></li><li><span>Accountable for controlling manufacturing operation and ensuring that production quality and cost targets are met.</span></li><li><span>Working in extremely complex problems where the research of situations or data from an evaluation of intangible factors.</span></li><li><span>Reviews budgets and schedules required by management</span></li><li><span>Regulate relations with the executives and/or major customers to maintain relationships with them.</span></li><li><span>Resolve controversial situations, customer negotiations, or influencing and persuading management levels for the achievements of the plant.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor&#39;s degree in electronics, mechatronics, or similar engineering.</span></li><li><span>Intermediate-Advanced English level</span></li><li><span>Experience in similar position in the electronics manufacturing industry</span></li><li><span>Advanced operations experience.</span></li><li><span>Experience as a project leader</span></li><li><span>Lean Manufacturing</span></li><li><span>Problem solving methodology..</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT)</span></li><li><span>Power BI</span></li><li><span>Teamwork.</span></li><li><span>Organized.</span></li><li><span>Leadership skills.</span></li><li><span>Self-directed.</span></li><li><span>Sense of urgency.</span></li><li><span>Visa and passport are preferred...</span></li><li><span>Advanced Experience in responsibility in production control and planning or related area, including supervision.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment</span></li><li>Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas;
