Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a culture of internal promotion, we empower you to reach your full potential and contribute to projects that truly matter.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an <b>Production Lead in</b> <b>Dallas, Texas</b></p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Production Manager, the <b>Production Lead</b> (supporting the Sprout Department) is responsible for leading a team of employees in completing assigned manufacturing projects related to relay and control panels.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the work of assigned team employees</p></li><li><p>Addresses minor discipline problems with team members; refers more serious cases to the supervisor</p></li><li><p>Assists with the planning and preparation of training and orientation for new team members in partnership with the training specialist and team trainer</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with team members to discuss upcoming work assignments; delegates assignments based on team members skills and experience</p></li><li><p>Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments</p></li><li><p>Inspects work performed by team members</p></li><li><p>Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.</p></li><li><p>Partner with supervisor or production manager to resolve any issues that arise within department.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean and safe work area</p></li><li><p>Complete assemblies and sub-assemblies for manufacturing projects, as needed</p></li><li><p>Perform all other duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p></li><li><p>At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related field</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in effectively leading a team of employees</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management</p></li><li><p>Reading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams</p></li><li><p>Basic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of tools (ex.
