We have over 100 years of innovative engineered solutions for critical, industrial, and commercial applications. <br><br> <br><br>We are the experts in our industry<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><p><span><span>Support</span><span> and </span><span>assist</span><span> the Supply Chain Manager with specific input to the Manufacturing Forecast by </span><span>determining</span><span> order ship dates based upon available materials, labor, and capacity in addition to customer need. </span><span>Assist</span><span> and support the scheduling of manufacturing work centers to </span><span>optimize</span><span> customer delivery performance, maximize throughput in the </span><span>factory</span><span> and minimize inefficiencies. </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Essential Duties: </span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Assist the Supply Chain Manager in the organization of schedules for work centers as assigned</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Schedule and Maintain work centers as assigned.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Analyze workload to </span><span>assist</span><span> Production Supervisors to </span><span>determine</span><span> staffing requirements </span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Interface daily with Manufacturing supervision to review compliance to schedule and adjust. Respond to input from the floor </span><span>regarding</span><span> daily schedule changes that will reduce set ups, improve compound usage, maximize run efficiency, and increase throughput.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Review long term capacity issues regularly. Communicate with Manufacturing to resolve raw material and wipe issues.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>May interface with Inside Sales personnel to status orders. Assist Manager to adjust lead times as </span><span>required</span><span> for critical customers and provide feedback about processing problems for feedback to customers. </span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><span><span>Assist in the monitoring of inventory levels particularly of stock and customer stock products as well as crib stock singles and repeat use raw materials.</span><span> Promote </span><span>timely</span><span> delivery of required raw materials.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Assist the Manager with monitoring Manufacturing and Shipping activities near month end, ensuring these organizations are coordinated in their focus towards RSCC financial goals. </span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Promote organization through application of 5S and 80/20 principles.
