Upgrade to Pro — $25/moThis Product Support Engineer position is responsible for providing Level 3 technical support for the XDS, Guardian (IGS) and PIC iX portfolios. In addition to resolving complex technical issues, the role contributes to the development and refinement of the organization’s overall product support strategy and oversees the execution of associated support processes.
The incumbent will participate in product design activities to ensure long‑term supportability and will be accountable for delivering training programs and maintaining Level 3 support procedures. Product Support Engineers play a critical role in organizational performance through the quality of their technical expertise, the effectiveness of the support services they deliver, and their strong commitment to customer service.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office-based role in Boblingen.
