About the Role

As a Product Specialist, Trauma, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Trauma portfolio by developing strong customer relationships, delivering clinical and product expertise, and supporting healthcare professionals in achieving the best possible outcomes for patients.
This field-based sales role combines commercial excellence with clinical support, including operating theatre case coverage. You will partner closely with surgeons, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital stakeholders while contributing to business growth across your assigned territory.

What Success Looks Like
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
