Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Location: Rome (preferred) | Italy – Central Regions</b></p><p></p><p><b>Purpose of the Role</b></p><p><br />The core objective of this role is to provide technical expertise to agents and distributors in order to support the achievement of sales objectives.</p><p>The Product Specialist acts as a trusted field partner, supporting agents, distributors, and physicians with in-depth knowledge of Neurovascular technologies and products. The role contributes to education initiatives and actively participates in customer events, workshops, and training programs / technical support in and out Angio Lab. Close collaboration with Marketing and Sales is key to ensuring effective execution in the field.</p><p></p><p><b>Neurovascular Portfolio:</b> <a href="https://www.stryker.com/us/en/portfolios/neurotechnology-spine/neurovascular.html" target="_blank">Neurovascular | Stryker</a></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Product & Market Development</b></p><ul><li><p>Act as the technical expert for the full Neurovascular product portfolio within the assigned territory.</p></li><li><p>Deliver product and clinical training, including presentations to groups of physicians.</p></li><li><p>Support and facilitate physician-to-physician programs and educational initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Actively support sales and marketing programs through regular field presence alongside agents and distributors.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical assistance in the Angio Lab when required.</p></li><li><p>Share relevant market and customer insights with the Marketing Manager to support market development initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Sales Management to support territory objectives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Relationship Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.</p></li><li><p>Develop effective working relationships with agents and distributors, responding proactively to their needs.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Quality & Compliance</b></p><ul><li><p>Ensure full compliance with Stryker’s quality systems, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Act as a key interface between agents, customers, and the sales organization to support complaint handling, documentation, and issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and ethical standards in all interactions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications & Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <b>4 years of experience</b> in the medical device or healthcare environment. Preferably in Interventional Neuroradiology, Interventional Radiology, or Hematology.</p></li><li><p>Preferably <b>2+ years of experience</b> in sales, marketing, or technical specialist roles.</p></li><li><p>Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent is preferable.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting training and educational programs is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong results orientation and ability to work toward defined objectives.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Strong team mindset and collaborative approach.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to spend significant time in the field, including hospital and Angio Lab environments.</p></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 70%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
