Whether you are an engineer or a lab professional, your expertise can help shape the future of diagnostics.
Please note that this is a CONTRACTOR/CONTINGENT POSITION. You will be employed by our 3rd party service provider.
Special Focus: Are you a Lab Professional looking for a career shift?
Tired of shift work? Join us for a structured, professional office/hybrid environment.
Ready to drop the lab coat but keep the expertise? Your hands-on experience with analyzers, reagents, and daily lab challenges is exactly what our customers need.
Want to see the bigger picture? Move from running tests to mastering the entire diagnostic ecosystem, including IT integrations and cutting-edge software.
Your Impact:
Technical & Application Support: Provide expert remote guidance for Hungarian laboratories and hospitals on IVD systems.
Agile Problem Solving: Use your diagnostic "gut feeling" and our remote tools to prevent system downtimes.
Knowledge Sharing: Be the bridge between complex technology and the people who use it every day.
Professional Travel: Combine a structured office/hybrid setup with occasional customer site visits - using them as perfect opportunities for hands-on learning and staying connected to the lab reality
Who You Are:
Background: Degree in Biochemistry, Medical Biology, Laboratory Diagnostics, IT, or Engineering.
Language: Native-level Hungarian is essential; strong English for international training and collaboration.
Experience: If you have worked in a clinical laboratory (Biochemist, Lab Technician) or in technical support, you have a head start!
Mindset: You are empathetic to customer needs, curious about how things work "under the hood," and enjoy a collaborative "Agile" culture.
Mobility: You possess a valid driving license and are ready to hit the road when duty calls, turning occasional customer visits into a change of scenery
