Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p>As a Product Owner, you will drive enterprise-wide transformation across the following areas:</p><ul><li><p>Product Roadmap: Co-define and execute a multi-year product strategy with the Product Line Owner. Manage product budget and drive ROI through strategic vendor partnerships and technology investments.</p></li><li><p>Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, prioritize, and translate user requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.</p></li><li><p>Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate multiple agile streams, vendors, and internal digital capabilities. Partner with R&amp;D, Digital, and external teams, and contribute to cross-functional governance across R&amp;D.</p></li><li><p>Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensure development teams have clear requirements, and sustain execution velocity.</p></li><li><p>Quality: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Lead validation strategies for AI systems in GxP environments, setting industry best practices.</p></li><li><p>Training &amp; Adoption: Coordinate user training with relevant stakeholders and support adoption of new features.</p></li><li><p>Value Realization: Deliver measurable impact on R&amp;D metrics — including reduced document creation time and improved content quality.
