The Position
ASPIRE is a Roche-wide, enterprise business transformation program that aims at harmonizing, simplifying and automating business processes to enable us to focus our efforts even more on doing now what patients need next.
Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) was adopted for ASPIRE to design and execute incremental builds with fast, integrated learning cycles, by applying the same cadence with cross-functional planning and decentralizing decision making, enabling us to further accelerate agility.
The Opportunity
Manage the product roadmap, prioritize the team backlog in alignment with the ART Backlog, and determine Agile team capacity allocation.
Prioritize issue resolution, coordinate User Stories, and ensure approval against Definition of Done, also responsible for user story definition and acceptance criteria.
Participate in exploration activities to further learn customer needs, ensure features meet Definition of Ready, and deliver input to program execution and incremental planning.
Engage and collaborate with Product Management, Business SMEs, Data owners, and operational teams to align on E2E data governance processes and collaboratively reduce master data defects.
Work to ensure training, consistency, and accuracy of master data across systems.
Demonstrate expertise in SAP-MDG systems, Business partners data, workflow processes, and business improvements experience driven by in-depth business partners business process knowledge.
Support vision and strategy for Master Data Governance, deployments, testing, creation of master data for other teams, and foster relationships to achieve project goals and objectives.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with over 5 years of master data management experience in the Business Partners Data domain.
Over 3 years of experience with Enterprise Applications, such as SAP-MDG, and a deep understanding of governance impacts on both business process management and IT.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and other business partners -specific data privacy regulations, alongside robust interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
Proven track record of delivering in a matrixed organization across geographies and divisions, with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Agile mindset and experience working with Agile Organizations, outstanding customer service, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a background in consulting or business management services as a strong plus.
