Job Purpose
GSK is looking to hire a Product Manager, Specialty Care to join the Canada Vaccines Team. This is a hybrid role based out of Mississauga or Montreal, requiring 2–3 business days per week in the office, and reports directly to the Marketing Manager, Specialty Vaccines.
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategy and execution for specialty vaccines in Canada, helping protect Canadian patients against vaccine-preventable diseases. You will lead commercial activities and tactics in the private market, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize business growth and public health impact. You will work closely with internal partners, Global counterparts, and cross-functional teams to support GSK’s mission to help Canadians do more, feel better, and live longer.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
• Developing strategic and operational plans, including customer-facing plans and integrated omni-channel tactics
• Leading the development and execution of promotional tactics, tools, and commercial initiatives for assigned brands
• Driving performance and strategic reviews with cross-functional teams and leadership to optimize brand strategy and execution
• Conducting ongoing analysis of market dynamics, identifying opportunities and risks, and implementing action plans to address business needs
• Leading business meetings with internal stakeholders and managing market research initiatives to uncover insights and optimize brand performance
• Managing financial and demand forecasts, ensuring planning assumptions remain current and accurate
• Managing A&P budgets to ensure brand spending aligns with business objectives
• Collaborating with Global counterparts to align local strategies with Global priorities, share best practices, and continuously improve business plans
• Contributing innovative tactics, programs, and processes to grow the vaccines business
• Sharing knowledge and best practices across therapy areas and functional teams
• Ensuring all activities align with internal compliance and regulatory standards

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Health Sciences, Business, or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing agreements
• Self-motivated, agile, and collaborative team player passionate about improving public health outcomes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Strong adaptability, including prioritization, foresight, and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent relationship-building skills within matrixed and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, customer engagement, and presentation skills
• Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
• Experience tracking ROI and evaluating business impact of initiatives
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead without authority, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
• 2+ years of sales experience, particularly in vaccines, marketing, and/or specialty care
• Bilingual in English and French
