As a Product Manager, you will help bring innovative technologies to surgeons and patients by leading strategic initiatives, enabling successful product launches, and driving impactful commercial outcomes. This is your opportunity to influence market growth, work with global teams at the forefront of medical innovation, and contribute to projects from their earliest inception.</p><div></div><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li><b>Develop</b> strategic product forecasts and plans that support business growth and portfolio sustainability.</li><li><b>Execute</b> product portfolio strategies including pricing, lifecycle management, and performance tracking to achieve commercial targets.</li><li><b>Monitor</b> market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions and influence product roadmaps.</li><li><b>Partner</b> with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product launches, ensuring commercial, operational, and clinical readiness.</li><li><b>Track</b> performance metrics such as installations, utilization, application mix, and implant pull-through to evaluate business outcomes.</li><li><b>Enable</b> sales success by supporting new site launches, delivering product knowledge, training, and key account inputs.</li><li><b>Lead</b> events, campaigns, tender support, and tactical initiatives aligned with annual marketing and launch plans.</li><li><b>Coordinate</b> core product management activities including forecasting, supply inputs, post‑market responsibilities, and field team support.</li></ul><div></div><p><b>What You Will Need</b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum <b>3 years</b> experience in marketing or product management.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in <b>Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering</b>, or a related field.</li><li>Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex cross-functional environment.</li><li>Professional fluency in <b>English</b> (written and verbal).</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience in the <b>medical device</b> or healthcare technology industry.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>robotic-assisted surgery platforms</b> or capital equipment.</li><li>Certification or coursework in <b>project management</b>.</li><li>Technical understanding of <b>Mako</b> technology or similar systems.</li></ul><div></div><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><ul><li>This is a <b>fixed-term parental leave cover</b> with the strong possibility of becoming a <b>permanent position</b> based on performance and business needs.</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 30%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
