Responsibilities include owning the full product lifecycle, defining product requirements, collaborating with clinical and regulatory teams, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring products meet performance and compliance standards.
Requirements
4–5+ years of product management experience in aesthetics, beauty tech, or medical device industries. Direct experience with energy-based devices (RF, EMS, LED, ultrasound, etc.) is an advantage. Experience with hardware and software-based products. Proven track record from concept to launch. Strong cross-functional leadership skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in a corporate or structured product development environment is preferred. Experience working with international distributors is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory processes (FDA, CE, NMPA) is an advantage. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
