<p><span><b>Product Manager Orthopaedics</b></span><b><span> based in Bangkok</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Life Unlimited.</span></b> At Smith&#43;Nephew, we craft and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.  </p><p></p><p>To grow in-country market share through active support in development and execution of the regional annual marketing plan by acting as the single point of contact for external /internal stakeholders, and work closely with Business Unit Manager/Regional Marketing Director to create programs to generate quality leads to influence profitable sales growth for individual and team performances.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What will you be doing?</span></b></p><ul><li>Drive S&amp;N brand to success within the local marketplace by tailoring regional marketing strategies into the local marketing and business plans that achieve targeted sales and marketing goals.</li><li>Provide marketing expertise and support to the sales team, distributors and other strategies partners within the assigned territories to drive aggressive sales growth and profitability.</li><li>Be the ‘lead marketing expert” in the territory to adapt regional marketing strategies into assigned territory and to implement successful programs/plans with local sales, marketing and distribution partners within the territory.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives across the organization.</li><li>Organize, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events.</li><li>Presenting the product offering and the related commercial offers.</li><li>Support new products launches in terms of pricing, terms and conditions and marketing</li><li>Provide regular reports and updates to the Regional team on the status of implementation of the marketing plan within this territory.</li><li>Gathering and providing qualitative feedback, input and updates to the regional team on marketing programs (competition, pricing, regulatory changes, etc.)</li><li>Market analysis on competitive strengths and weaknesses.</li><li>Evaluate and measure marketing efforts and initiatives within assigned territory.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What will you need to be successful?</span></b></p><p></p><p>Success in the role will requires a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.</p><p>Successful candidates would need the following:</p><ul><li>Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare</li><li>Knowledge of assigned product and/or healthcare sales management preferred. </li><li>5-7 years’ sales or marketing experience - preferably in a Medical Devices Business</li><li>Experience in Orthopedic/Recon business</li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>You.
