Position Overview:
As Product Manager, Marketing Spain, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives for the Omnipod portfolio in Spain. Your mission is to drive adoption of the Automatic Insulin Delivery (AID) system, optimize lead conversion, and strengthen customer retention by turning market insights into impactful, omnichannel programs.
You will work with internal partners on product launches, coordinate major congresses and events for healthcare professionals and patients, and deploy best‑in‑class marketing assets that maximize visibility and engagement. This role requires close collaboration with, International Marketing, and cross‑functional partners including Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, and external agencies to ensure alignment with market realities and Insulet’s strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Executes Spain’s national marketing strategy: Works with internal partners to develop and implement national marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with international priorities and local market needs.
Build exceptional omnichannel content: Transcreate and localize high‑impact content for HCPs and people living with diabetes — delivering a compelling, insight‑driven narrative across channels.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to adapt and develop engaging creative assets for marketing communications aimed at HCPs and consumers living with diabetes.
Drive product launches & lifecycle activities
· Organizes main events and congresses for medical professionals and patients including tradeshow artwork, booth visuals, invites, logistics, symposiums as required.
Manages and coordinates local approval of marketing assets with relevant reviewers in Veeva.
Support the Sales team with effective tools: Design clear, impactful messaging and resources that increase field effectiveness.
Identify key insights: Gather and integrate HCP and consumer insights (HCP and DTC) to strengthen communication plans and strategic decision-making.
Monitor performance of marketing programs and optimize based on insights and feedback.
Ensure compliance and collaboration: Build strong working partnerships with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure all materials meet required standards.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a healthcare-related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
Demonstrated experience in a consumer and/or healthcare professional marketing-driven organization.
Demonstrated experience with marketing campaigns to HCPs/patients – developing engaging communication.
Experience with email marketing and CRM preferred.
Experience working within a regional or global team preferred.
Prior experience of developing communications within a regulated environment (eg. Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare) preferred.
Fluent in English to ensure smooth collaboration with internal and global teams.
Work Environment & Rhythm
Travel is estimated at 30% but will flex depending on business need (event, congresses, field visits...)
This role is based out of our Madrid office on a Hybrid working basis.
