Candidates must have a proven track record of contribution to brand growth and/or marketing experience developing and implementing a wide range of high-impact marketing tools and programs.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:<br />Involves all internal and external stakeholders proactively to maximize opportunities and resolve issues toward higher brand equity<br />Contributes Japanese Brand Plan development with Global Team and Cross function team</p><p>Leads changes through Engaging and involving sales leaders in planning and key initiatives<br />Develops programs and tools for optimal sales force effectiveness<br />Establishes regular contacts with key opinion leaders<br />Designs and implements omni-channel strategy collaborating the Commercial Excellence team<br /> </p><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Experience in Pharmaceutical consulting company for minimum 3 years.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead a brand planning process and to make robust brand plan communicating with related stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Excellent coordination/negotiation skills for both internal and external parties.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and planning skills</p></li><li><p>Good communication/presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science or related discipline</p></li><li><p>Language: Japanese – Native level, English – Business level</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Experience as Product Manager (Marketing Manager) with proven track records for minimum of 3 years in a pharmaceutical company</p></li><li><p>Experience in the area of Cardiovascular for minimum of 3 years</p></li><li><p>New product launch or/and co-promotion experience in both planning and execution as a Product Manager</p></li><li><p>Experience as a Team leader or in People management</p></li><li><p>Experience in Global project or Global coordination</p></li><li><p>Enjoys challenge of building a new organization.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor or Master degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical</p></li><li><p>Master of Business Administration (MBA)</p></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>.
