Join us and unleash your potential!<p></p><p><b>Job Purpose </b></p><p></p><p>The <b>Product Manager</b> will lead the positioning of products in the market through strategic marketing, lifecycle management, and high-level collaboration with key industry leaders. This role blends strategic vision with operational excellence to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and product-market fit across the Mexico. The position is based in <b>Mexico City</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Strategic Planning:</b> develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to Mexico market, aligning with regional and global objectives</p></li><li><p><b>Lifecycle Management:</b> lead the complete product lifecycle from market research and localization to launch, performance optimization, and sustainable growth</p></li><li><p><b>Financial Oversight:</b> define resource allocation and manage marketing budget according to approved strategy for Mexico</p></li><li><p><b>Market Intelligence:</b> map and dimension market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making</p></li><li><p><b>Stakeholder Engagement:</b> collaborate with commercial to establish and foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in radiology and cardiology to identify business opportunities</p></li><li><p><b>Scientific Alignment:</b> partner with Medical Affairs to ensure all marketing initiatives have solid scientific backing and comply with local regulations</p></li><li><p><b>Commercial Support: </b>support sales leadership and corporate accounts to ensure field needs are met for product promotion. That includes offer training for customers, distributors and internal employees related to our products </p></li><li><p><b>Event Coordination:</b> make sure company events and regional conferences are coordinated and executed by the marketing team</p></li><li><p><b>Brand Growth:</b> develop campaigns and promotional programs to solidify the brand and position products positively.</p></li><li><p><b>Pricing Guidance:</b> provide guidance on average selling prices (ASPs) and gross margins to ensure profitability</p></li><li><p><b>Leadership:</b> build and mentor high-performing teams across marketing and application functions. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and global marketing and LATAM teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in the marketing or business administration (MBA is preferred)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills</b></p><ul><li><p><b>5-7 yrs of experience</b> in healthcare or pharma (medical device industry is highly preferred)</p></li><li><p>Experience in marketing and product management</p></li><li><p><b>Business acumen</b>: strong understanding of marketing, product strategy, and business challenges</p></li><li><p><b>Strategic planning</b>: expertise in strategic and tactical marketing organization</p></li><li><p><b>Analytical skills:</b> Proficient in business finance, sales forecasting, and analytical reporting.</p></li><li><p><b>Communication:</b> open and honest, ability to engage effectively at all levels.</p></li><li><p><b>Customer oriented:</b> turning routine interactions into memorable experiences while caring for customer needs.</p></li><li><p><b>Conflict management: </b>staying calm through disagreements, ability to focus on the issues and look for win-win solutions</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English and Spanish</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>If you meet the requirements of this opportunity and would like to join an international group working to improve patients' lives, apply now!</span></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>At Bracco, we believe in the values of diversity and inclusion.
