</div><div><ul><li>Own end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for complex AI-driven finance automation workflows </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead cross-functional sprint planning sessions, ensuring alignment between AI development, integration work, and business priorities </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Facilitate design thinking workshops to translate finance pain points into technical user stories and acceptance criteria </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Establish product governance framework including change management, risk assessment, and stakeholder approval processes adoption, process efficiency gains, and business value realization </li></ul></div><div>Product Management Excellence: </div><div><ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of enterprise product management or business analysis experience with proven track record of delivering complex, business-critical solutions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and agile product development methodologies </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional team leadership </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to </div><div>The base salary range for this full-time position is $69,500.00 – $80,000.00 CAD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. </div><div> </div><div>This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
