You will work alongside </span><span>senior</span><span> Product Managers to learn the end-to-end product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to legacy product management. The role is structured to progressively increase your responsibility, starting with foundational tasks and evolving into cross-functional collaboration and independent project ownership.</span></p><p><span>​<b><span>​</span></b></span></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:​</span></b><span>​</span></p><p><span>​<b><span>​Months 1-3: Learning &amp; Foundation​</span></b>​</span></p><ul><li><b><span>Process &amp; Tool Mastery:​</span></b><span>​ Develop a comprehensive understanding of the standard processes, methodologies used by the product management team.</span></li><li><b><span>Operational Support:​</span></b><span>​ Assist senior product managers with core tasks including product catalogue management, consolidation of program deliverables, and product validation checks.</span></li><li><span>​</span><b><span>​Project Monitoring:​</span></b><span>​ Track and report on the progress of critical activities and projects as assigned, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.</span></li></ul><p><span>​<b><span>​</span></b></span></p><p><b><span>Months 4-6: Application &amp; Collaboration​</span></b><span>​</span></p><ul><li><span>​</span><b><span>​Cross-Functional Communication:​</span></b><span>​ Begin to facilitate communication for simple tasks across departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&amp;D), acting as a point of contact for regional requests and escalations under close guidance.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>​</span><b><span>​Data Analysis &amp; Support:​</span></b><span>​ Process and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., market trends, sales figures, customer feedback) to support strategic decision-making by the product team.</span></li><li><b><span>Stakeholder Updates:​</span></b><span>​ Assist in preparing updates for key stakeholders on product status and market performance.</span></li></ul><p><span>​<b><span>​</span></b></span></p><p><b><span>Beyond 6 Months: Growth &amp; Impact​</span></b><span>​</span></p><ul><li><span>​</span><b><span>​Project Ownership:​</span></b><span>​ Take on ownership of a small-scale, end-to-end project; </span><span>assisting senior product managers with projects </span></li><li><b><span>Strategic Contribution:​</span></b><span>​ Conduct independent market or competitive analysis to identify new opportunities or inform product roadmap decisions</span></li><li><span>​</span><b><span>​Roadmap Development:​</span></b><span>​ assist senior product managers on the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps</span></li></ul><p><br /><b>You&#39;re the right fit if:</b><br />1. Active student status/enrollment at the University.<br />2. Fluent in English (CET6)<br /><br /><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
