<h3>Job Title</h3>Product Industrialization Project Manager (All genders)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>In this role, you have the opportunity, </b></p><p>to play a decisive role in shaping and coordinating the introduction of new medical products into production as part of the Product Industrialization team.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><div><p>You will manage complex product launches into production, including:</p><ul><li><p>Representing production and supply chain requirements within development projects</p></li><li><p>Planning and executing industrialization projects in close collaboration with the team</p></li><li><p>Preparing and maintaining project documentation related to product industrialization (e.g. concepts, process design, requirements)</p></li><li><p>Developing, documenting, and validating production processes in cooperation with relevant specialist departments</p></li></ul></div><p></p><p></p><p><b>You are part of the </b></p><p>Product Industrialization Team, which is directly responsible for the introduction of new products from development into production and the supply chain and therefore has a direct influence on the quality of the products and the efficiency of the processes. The work is strongly characterized by cross-functional working methods in a project environment.
