This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our BOMs throughout the product lifecycle. This position also supports the Engineering team and projects, including NPI &amp; NTI. To ensure customer satisfaction and to deliver maximum advantage to the business..</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM)for our product lines using Agile PLM and Baan ERP system, incorporating engineering specifications, design changes, and component requirements.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure BOMs accurately reflect product designs.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with Procurement to manage component inventory levels within Baan ERP and ensure availability of materials for production and prototyping.</span></li><li><span>Conduct regular audits of BOMs within Agile PLM and Baan ERP to identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions as needed.</span></li><li><span>Support manufacturing operations suggesting modifications to work instructions, material or product changes to ensure superior product quality.</span></li><li><span>Participate in cost reduction activities in areas such as material, inventory and waste reduction.</span></li><li><span>Management of work meetings.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li>BA/BS or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Experience in electronic manufacturing is Preferred</li><li>Experience with Agile Preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Agile PLM or similar PLM systems and MRP system (BAAN, SAP)</li><li>Experience in the use of Floor shop systems</li><li>Experience in NPI</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials</li><li>Knowledge in personnel management Experience in ECO&#39;s implementation</li><li>Knowledge in creating and reading bills of materials</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>Excels at documenting their processes and helps make improvements to their job through system and process improvements</li><li>Leadership - Experience in team management</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Competitive Salary.</span></li><li><span>Life &amp; Medical insurance.</span></li><li><span>Christmas Bonus.</span></li><li><span>Food Coupons.</span></li><li><span>Saving Fund.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span>SC69</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Production Engineering<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
