Flen Health is looking for a Product Development Manager to reinforce our R&D team. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end product development execution in line with the company’s strategy, acting as project leader across all development programs, and ensuring effective cross-functional coordination from early development through regulatory submission and commercialization readiness. Responsibilities include product and portfolio development, regulatory support, program leadership, financial ownership, and external engagement.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline. A PhD or postgraduate qualification is considered an asset but not required. Minimum 5 years of corporate experience as a team and project leader in a pharmaceutical or related environment. Proven experience in product development within the pharmaceutical field, preferably with topical products. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
