It’s a chance to contribute to real-world products in a dynamic biotech environment.What You Will Do<ul><li>Support experimental design, execution, and optimization for new and existing biotechnology products, with a focus on antibody validation.</li><li>Perform laboratory assays, maintain accurate documentation, and follow safety and quality standards.</li><li>Analyze data, interpret results, and communicate insights through reports and presentations.</li><li>Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional partners on product evaluation and troubleshooting.</li><li>Contribute to drafting protocols and product documentation.</li></ul>What You Will Gain<ul><li>Hands-on experience in biotechnology product development</li><li>Exposure to industry-grade experimental workflows and quality standards</li><li>Mentorship from experienced scientists and product developers</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to real-world biotech products</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related life science field.</li><li>Completion of at least one laboratory-based college course in cell biology or biochemistry, or equivalent hands-on research/lab experience.</li><li>>6 months of experience with standard wet-lab techniques (e.g., micropipetting, solution/buffer preparation) and accurate maintenance of laboratory notebooks; ability to organize and summarize experimental data using spreadsheets.</li></ul>Work Environment & Physical Demands - Lab While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. The base salary range for this part-time position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
