You’re also practical and know that perfect is the enemy of the good, but you aspire for us to be great. You care deeply about the quality of our work and our team. - You’re able to clearly articulate the impact of decisions on the end user experience, while staying collaborative when working through constraints. - You know when to use the design system, when to break it, and when to evolve it. - You’re curious about how AI is reshaping design and have tinkered with various tools to improve your process. You want to be part of a team actively experimenting and sharing learnings to shape our design practice. - You’re a senior designer and leader, interested in opportunities to mentor other designers and shape our design culture.
