Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Product Analyst</b><br /><span>The Product Analyst supports the Product Management organization by gathering data, documenting workflows, and assisting in backlog and reporting processes. This entry-level role is focused on building analytical and documentation skills while ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely product information.</span><br /><br /><b>What you will do:</b></p><p><b>Data & Insights</b></p><ul><li>Collect and analyze basic product usage and performance data under guidance.</li><li>Track and report on product KPIs with supervision, highlighting trends and anomalies.</li><li>Support data requests from Product Owners and cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p><b>Documentation & Knowledge Transfer</b></p><ul><li>Draft and maintain release notes, user guides, and workflow diagrams.</li><li>Assist in preparing materials for transfer-of-information (TOI) sessions.</li><li>Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand.</li></ul><p><b>Product Operations & Process Improvement</b></p><ul><li>Assist with Jira backlog hygiene (ticket readiness, proper tagging, consistency).</li><li>Build and share simple reports or dashboards to support team visibility.</li><li>Learn and apply Agile best practices through collaboration with Product Owners.</li></ul><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Partner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and sprint planning.</li><li>Act as a resource for commercial and support teams by ensuring documentation is accessible.</li><li>Shadow and learn from senior analysts to develop product and process knowledge.</li></ul><p><b>General Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>With supervision, work with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing and Project Management to ensure project success.</li><li>Learn procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology required.</li><li>Work on problems in limited scope; purposefully learn while gaining experience.</li><li>Demonstrate ownership and integrity of work.</li><li>Build stable relationships.</li><li>Contribute to the project as a team member.</li></ul><p><br /><br /><b>What you need:</b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar technical degree preferred. </li><li>2-3 years of work experience</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).</li><li>Strong technical writing skills (drafting release notes, guides, and process docs).</li><li>Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles (terminology, ceremonies, backlog flow).</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><b>: </b></p><ul><li>Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker — at the user level).</li><li>Basic Jira or backlog management tool navigation (creating/editing tickets, filters).</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 10%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
