<p><b>Location:</b> Warsaw, Poland</p><p><b>Hybrid model of work:</b> 3 days in office, 2 remote per week</p><p></p><div><div><p><span><span>The Procurement Technology Enablement Associate Manager</span><span><span> </span></span><span>provides crucial first-line technical and procedural support for our procurement platforms, ensuring users receive<span> </span></span><span>timely</span><span><span> </span></span><span>assistance</span><span><span> </span>and effective resolutions for their queries.</span><span><span> </span>This role</span><span><span> </span>is<span> </span></span><span>also<span> </span></span><span>responsible for developing,<span> </span></span><span>maintaining</span><span>, and<span> </span></span><span>optimizing</span><span><span> </span>all digital content that supports users of AstraZeneca’s procurement platforms –<span> </span></span><span>Coupa, CCS</span><span>, Pactum</span><span>.</span><span><span> </span>This encompasses sourcing templates, contract templates, digital guidance tools, and user<span> </span></span><span>enablement</span><span><span> </span>assets. Working closely with<span> </span></span><span>the cross</span><span>-functional teams, the role ensures content is current, engaging, and fully aligned with platform updates and business needs,<span> </span></span><span>ultimately maximizing</span><span><span> </span>user confidence and platform adoption.</span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop,<span> </span></span><span>maintain</span><span>, and continuously improve sourcing and contract templates to ensure relevance, usability, and alignment with procurement best practices.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Author and update digital guidance, walkthroughs, and instructional content using tools such as<span> </span></span><span>WalkMe</span><span><span> </span>to provide intuitive support for platform users.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Establish and enforce standards and processes for digital content lifecycle management, ensuring all assets are regularly reviewed, updated, and archived as needed.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Work closely with the Procurement Technology Enablement team members and other stakeholders to synchronize content development with training initiatives, platform enhancements, and user feedback.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Revise and update digital assets in line with procurement platform changes, ensuring users always have access to<span> </span></span><span>accurate</span><span>, up-to-date guidance.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Collect feedback from users and analyze digital content usage to<span> </span></span><span>identify</span><span><span> </span>needs, measure effectiveness, and inform future content creation and updates.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Promote the adoption of digital tools, templates, and guidance materials—enabling users to<span> </span></span><span>leverage</span><span><span> </span>procurement platforms efficiently and compliantly.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Manage and resolve user queries and issues efficiently, escalating more complex or unresolved matters to the<span> </span></span><span>appropriate technical</span><span><span> </span>or functional teams.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Offer first-line technical and procedural support to users of procurement platforms, ensuring prompt and professional query resolution.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Document and track all support requests,<span> </span></span><span>maintain</span><span><span> </span></span><span>accurate</span><span><span> </span>records, and follow established helpdesk processes.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span></span><span><b>Q</b></span><b><span>ualifications & Experience:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Business</span><span>, Information Systems, Education, or related field.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>3+ years’ experience in procurement operations, platform training, end-user support, or a similar enablement role.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Demonstrated experience creating digital learning materials and<span> </span></span><span>leveraging</span><span><span> </span>enablement tools such as<span> </span></span><span>WalkMe</span><span><span> </span>(or similar).</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience delivering training to diverse audiences.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience managing support teams/helpdesk operations.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience with<span> </span></span><span>Coupa platform</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Certification in Coupa software preferrable</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><p><span> </span></p></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Date Posted</b></p>13-mar-2026<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Closing Date</b></p>23-mar-2026<p></p><p></p><p>AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
