<h3>Job Title</h3>Procurement Project Manager<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b><br />•Executes cross-functional procurement projects spanning various disciplines, meticulously ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and allocated resources, working under limited supervision and applies intermediate understanding of entrepreneurial skills in daily work.<br />•Propels productivity initiatives by proactively identifying kaizen opportunities, instigating process enhancements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function.<br />•Drafts robust procurement project management blueprints, intricately detailing project scopes, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations to drive project success and mitigate risks.<br />•Executes procurement projects with precision, meticulously overseeing project lifecycles, monitoring progress, and swiftly addressing any deviations to maintain project integrity and deliver exceptional outcomes.<br />•Formulates compelling business cases, conducting in-depth analyses and scenario evaluations to underpin strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and cost-saving initiatives.<br />•Guides collaborative Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) planning efforts, orchestrating seamless transitions for new product introductions and lifecycle management initiatives, thereby optimizing procurement operations.<br />•Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues with agility, employing advanced troubleshooting techniques and fostering proactive risk management practices to ensure project resilience.<br />•Curates comprehensive project documentation, curating detailed project plans, progress reports, and root cause analyses, facilitating transparency and knowledge transfer across procurement project teams.<br />•Engages in rigorous project reviews and evaluations, synthesizing key insights and lessons learned to refine project methodologies, optimize resource utilization, and elevate project performance.<br />•Navigates complex procurement project landscapes with finesse, balancing competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory requirements to deliver exceptional project outcomes that exceed expectations.<br /><br /><b>Minimum required Education:</b><br />Bachelor&#39;s / Master&#39;s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.<br /><br /><b>Minimum required Experience:</b><br />Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor&#39;s in areas such as Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master&#39;s Degree.<br /><br /><b>Preferred Education:</b><br />Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.<br /><br /><b>Preferred Certification:</b><br />Philips PM Foundation Certification<br /><br /><b>Preferred Skills:</b><br />• Stakeholder Partnership<br />• Emotional Intelligence<br />• Ownership and Commitment<br />• Network Performance<br />• Customer Centricity<br />• Judgement<br />• Learning Agility<br />• Business Acumen<br />• Risk Management<br />• Servant Leadership<br />• Project Management<br />• Regulatory Compliance<br />• Documentation &amp; Reporting<br />• Procurement Policies and Processes<br />• Cost Optimization<br /><br /><b>About Philips</b><br />We are a health technology company.
