Support daily procurement operations:</u></p> <ul> <li>Assist in monitoring purchase requests and preparing RFQs to vendors.</li> <li>Help generate and follow up on purchase orders (POs) through SAP.</li> <li>Maintain and organize procurement documentation, including contracts and supplier records.</li> </ul> <p><u>2. Vendor management assistance:</u></p> <ul> <li>Help create new vendor accounts in SAP.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining vendor communication for order fulfilment and delivery tracking.</li> </ul> <p><u>3. Support contract and supplier negotiations:</u></p> <ul> <li>Assist in drafting basic procurement contracts and coordinating with legal teams to ensure all requirements are met.</li> <li>Help manage contracts for timely delivery, quality assurance, and payment terms.</li> </ul> <p><u>4. Collaboration with internal teams:</u></p> <ul> <li>Work with the quality assurance (QA) department to handle supplier quality issues.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with global procurement, logistics, and other internal stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><u>5. Data collection and reporting:</u></p> <ul> <li>Assist in gathering procurement data, such as cost savings, lead times, and on-time delivery rates.</li> <li>Help prepare reports for monthly reviews and KPI monitoring.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma and above, majoring in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>No work experience required, but relevant experience in procurement logistic, or supply chain operation is a plus.</li> <li>Have basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.</li> <li>Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Commitment Period: Full-time, able to commit 5 months and above (2025 Intake)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Kindly include your available commitment period in your resume.
