In this role, you will support hard capsule production by preparing high-quality materials that meet strict specifications. You will play a key part in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing processes.

Blend defined ingredients into master batches following strict specifications.
Monitor process indicators and take immediate action when deviations occur.
Use statistical controls, inspections, and sampling to ensure product quality.
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and GMP compliance.
Complete accurate production and batch records as required.
Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
Support and back up other Formulations Processors as needed.
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in a scientific or technical field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries.
Proven experience with formulation processing equipment and techniques.
Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations.
Ability to work with percentages, decimals, fractions, and related calculations.
Skill in using precision weighing and measuring equipment.
Basic computer skills for documentation and process monitoring.
Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work extended hours and variable shifts as business needs require.
Ability to meet safety, quality, attendance, and productivity expectations.
