This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data while ensuring quality and confidentiality.</li></ul><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Process healthcare claims, eligibility, enrollment, billing, and payment data with 100% accuracy.</li><li>Review, analyse, and update patient records and payer information in line with client guidelines.</li><li>Validate claim information, identify discrepancies, and ensure error-free documentation.</li><li>Work on denials, rejections, and data corrections as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Graduate in any stream (BA/BCOM preferred).</li><li>0–1 year of experience in international voice process/healthcare calling</li></ul><p><b>Desired Characteristics:</b></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Typing speed of 30&#43; words per minute with good accuracy.</li><li>Basic understanding of US Healthcare RCM process (Claims, AR, Denials, EOBs, etc.) – preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.</li><li>Ability to work 5 days onsite in Hyderabad office</li></ul><p></p><p><b>“Creating better together”.
