It’s a welcoming place to live, work, and explore.</p><p></p><p>We are currently recruiting for a <b> <span>Process Engineering Technician</span> </b>to join our team. The role will involve the following responsibilities:</p><p></p><p><b>Primary Function</b></p><ul><li>Responsible for the hands‑on operation and maintenance of critical plant, utilities, and equipment.</li><li>Maximise availability of FUE (Facilities, Utilities &amp; Equipment) and carry out day‑to‑day preventative and demand maintenance activities.</li><li>Support manufacturing, facilities, electrical systems, and associated processes.</li><li>Ensure all critical plant services and processes are maintained to the highest standards.</li><li>Oversee daily maintenance of Clean‑in‑Place (CIP) process skids and related equipment.</li><li>Liaise with internal and external engineering personnel and contract maintenance providers for troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of equipment related to critical FUE or process equipment in manufacturing areas.</li><li>Contribute to the Energy Management Programme and support initiatives to reduce energy usage and costs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Major Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Perform daily preventative and demand maintenance activities.</li><li>Coordinate and oversee external contractors performing maintenance or breakdown services.</li><li>Troubleshoot, fault‑find, and maintain equipment and plant systems to ensure proper operation and service levels.</li><li>Develop a strong understanding of cleanroom HVAC systems, equipment, and utilities to diagnose and resolve issues.</li><li>Resolve technical problems efficiently to support operations.</li><li>Ensure equipment and systems meet legal, divisional, and corporate standards.</li><li>Maintain high safety standards and adhere to safe working practices.</li><li>Communicate effectively with plant management, corporate teams, and divisional engineering.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><p>A relevant third‑level qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline, or a recognised trade qualification with relevant experience, is required to support the responsibilities of this role with a minimum of 3years experience in a similar role.
