Job Summary
The Process Engineering Technician - Press-Fit & Router provides technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment. In this role, you will troubleshoot process and quality issues, create and modify machine programs, perform equipment setup and changeovers, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve yields, reduce downtime, and maintain process stability.
The Technician will support manufacturing processes including press-fit and router operations, while working closely with Process Engineers, Operators, and Production teams to maintain process stability, improve yields, and minimize downtime. This position requires the ability to work independently on 2nd Shift following initial training and onboarding.
2nd Shift | 3PM – 11:15PM | Mon-Fri
Hourly Rate + 10% differential
