As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in improving manufacturing efficiency and product quality. You will drive process improvements that reduce waste, enhance performance, and support the delivery of life-changing products to customers worldwide.

What you will do
You will monitor production performance and product quality to identify improvement opportunities.
You will analyze equipment effectiveness and implement actions to improve efficiency.
You will lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality and production challenges.
You will support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events.
You will develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for manufacturing teams.
You will lead or support projects that improve safety, quality, cost, and capacity.
What we are looking for
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is preferred.
